Formlets is an online form builder for creating contact forms, order forms, surveys, and other data collection forms. It publishes forms to a hosted service and can send submissions to email inboxes, export them to XLS, and connect to more than 2,000 software integrations.
The free Personal plan allows one published form with unlimited responses. It includes multi-page and multi-column layouts, Formlets branding on the form, and access to the same integration count as paid plans. Paid plans increase the number of published forms, remove branding, add payment and conditional logic features, and expand file upload storage and team accounts.
